Great facilities and location with plenty to do! From the beautiful beach near the hotel to the on-site activities, there was always something to do. Additionally, the staff was always very friendly and accommodating.

The food at the hotel wasn't really up to par and the rooms were quite small. Additionally, there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area which led to a bit of boredom during the trip.

The location of this hotel is great, with a private beach just steps away from the property. the A La Carte Ottoman restaurant was a standout, with delicious food and impeccable service. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. the room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a great view.

The staff at times struggled with English communication, which made it difficult to get some of our requests across.

I had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff was friendly and eager to please. The hotel facilities were spotless and well-maintained. The beach was beautiful and perfect for swimming, especially for families with kids. Transportation was easy to access and convenient.

This hotel has exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly and courteous staff who took care of our every need. the luxurious spa and wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, offering a wide range of exclusive amenities and treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing and sunbathing with beach access just a few steps away.

Friendly staff, excellent guest relations manager, top-class service, great hamam with massage service, fantastic animation team, diverse evening entertainment.

Great view from the room and the rooftop restaurant. Excellent location near the city center and public transportation. The breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived, and I had to ask twice for someone to come and clean it again. , the staff at the reception was not very helpful when I had some questions about the area.
